Shipping Policy

We deliver across the UK—quickly, securely, and straight to your doorstep.

We’re all about getting your order to you quickly and safely. Place your order by 1pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), and we’ll aim to ship it out the very same day.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend will head out the door first thing Monday—or as soon as we can after that.

📦 Orders under £60? Just £3.99 for standard shipping
⚡ Need it fast? Choose Next Working Day Tracked Delivery for £6.95 – just make sure to order before 1pm (Mon–Fri) to get it next business day. Orders after 1pm Friday and weekend orders will ship on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of cosmetic and makeup products, we’re only able to accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed items in their original condition and packaging. This is to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

If you need to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we approve your return, you’ll have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in original, resaleable condition
All seals, labels, and packaging must remain intact
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
